intensify cultivation of personal etiquette and improve corporate external
image, on may 16, the company organized and carried out government affairs
reception etiquette and process management training. nearly 80 persons of sales
department, marketing department, quality control department and administrative
personnel department, etc. attended the training.
this training was taught by wang hui, the vice-chairman of chinese etiquette culture research association, america cisfc certified trainer and senior trainer of national professional core competence, mainly focusing on training on professional image moulding, convention and reception norms and language communication skills, etc. aspects. teacher wang comprehensively and deeply analyzes cases with funny language, not only remodeling business etiquette process system theoretically, but also comprehensively explaining dressing and appearance, behavior, interaction, communication, official business, phone etiquette and business banquet, etc. common sense through interactive experience. everyone masters a lot of highly practical social etiquette knowledge, enhances awareness of business etiquette, sets up good business image and improves company service level and external overall image.
